Please review all documents for the correct spelling of names and correct dates. Please complete all forms except signatures and notarized areas. Make sure to bring a valid identification for the signing.

• Permanent resident card, or "green card," issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

We come to you in your home, your place of work or any other agreed upon location. 

We are based in Middlesex County and serve the following areas in Northern and Central New Jersey:

We accept payments through the PayPal portal. All customers are sent invoices which must be paid at the time of service.

​NNS is not responsible for errors in the content of notarized documents. If notarization cannot be completed due to lack of identification or error in documents, only the notarization fee will be refunded. The travel fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The state of New Jersey recently passed a law to permanently legalize Remote Online Notarization effective October 20, 2021. As there is a current lack of RON software available to NJ notaries, we do not expect to offer RON services before December 1, 2021. This FAQ will be updated as new information becomes available but you can also follow our social media for instant updates on services.
